3DLimitLess is a SPANISH COMPANY FOCUSED 100% ON THE ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING.
We have several 3D printers in our facilities. In addition, we have providers of industrial 3D printing technologies to rely on, in case that sizes or details are out of our reach.
We can print on almost any material, with various print sizes and all kinds of shapes, however complex they seem.
Filaments as
PLA, ABS, ASA, Nylon, Polycarbonate, PET, Carbon Fiber an Aramida composites (Nylon, CPE or PLA compound), copolymers with wood, metal or conductive (such as graphene)
Aluminium and stainless steel are the most common materials used in industrial 3D printers. We can also print with different resins with structural strength, transparency, etc. with 3D printers based on SLA technology.
We also make 3D printed assemblies of several pieces, integration of inserts, nuts, integrated bearings, and the finishing process of pieces is according to the needs of the customer (sanding, priming, painting, and other finishing processes on demand).
The files admitted are .STL, .OBJ, .MFA, IGES or STEP, generated by your 3D design and 3D modelling application. We will study its orientation, viability and optimal material and will propose to you a closed budget.
These files can be sent by e-mail or uploaded to our website through our form. Of course, the files will be completely confidential in compliance with the current legislation.
Once the 3D printingob is finished, you'll receive comfortably your parts or assemblies in your home, perfectly made.
DO YOU HAVE AN IDEA AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT HAPPEN? TO BE ABLE TO PERFORM ANY 3D PRINTING, YOU MUST FIRST OBTAIN A THREE-DIMENSIONAL DIGITAL MODEL OF THE OBJECT OR PIECE THAT YOU WANT TO PRINT.
This digital model can be obtained by 3D scan, but if it's a too technical or complex piece, you'd better design or shape it directly with 3D design software.
3D Limitless use different 3D design programs for obtaining the three-dimensional models. We invite you to meet some software such as Google SketchUp or Autodesk 123D to take the first step in designing and 3D modelling.
Once the part is in 3D format, it is exported to a format that the 3D printers can support, and so we can print your project. We can also make a render (photorealistic image) with this 3D digital model to see how it would look with different materials, finishes, etc.
We can also make it from the customer designs, if the format is .IGES or .STEP, although it is more usual to take sketches, drawings and diagrams from which we do the 3D modelling.
3D printing allows either simple 3D designs, or very complex assemblies with multiple parts. In all cases, we will propose a budget of 3D design according to the work to be done.
THIS SERVICE IS THE SUM OF THE PREVIOUS 3D PRINTING AND 3D DESIGN.
With this service, we intend to go a step further than the simple 3D printing service, working with complex assemblies and functional tests of an object, product or part, prior to mass production. Sometimes this service is used to make just one unit, or to make a short series of a commercial item.
Depending on the object and its application or destination, you will need one or more 3D printingtechnologies, finishes, assemblies, 3D modelling, temporary supports development, and integration with other technologies (electrical, electronic, mechanical).
Most of the time that service is also a way to create synergies between the production and design; between 3DLimitLess and the originator of the idea.
For example, 3DLimitLess has designed; manufactured and prototyped a robotic slider rail for time lapse photography, collaborating with a photographic studio that provided the ideas and the needs that 3DLimitLess could materialize.
In addition, we can do it for anyone interested on request.

THE ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING CONSULTING SERVICE IS OUR COMMITMENT TO HELP COMPANIES AND TECHNICAL OFFICES TO TAKE A STEP FORWARD AND INTEGRATE THIS TECHNOLOGY TO THE COMMON PROCESSES AT WORK.
We can help you decide the product design; both in the small-scale manufacturing and in the quick tests, before investing in expensive moulds or processes. We are convinced that 3D printing will help these companies and manufacturers to become more efficient and to drive more profitability.
Nowadays, many companies only rely on the traditional manufacturing, using milled, moulded and lathed parts. We can get 3D printed pieces made in different materials, with physical properties similar to those made by traditional methods.
With 3D printed pieces you can reduce the weight and the material amount, obtaining complex geometries that cannot be performed with traditional manufacturing methods, in addition to being an affordable method to make unique pieces and customizations in a personalised way.
3D printing does not seek to replace, but complement and support the traditional manufacturing methods of subtractive technics or extrusion into moulds.
3DLimitLess can advise these companies that want to take a step towards this technology, helping them to choose the machines, materials and procedures they need, taking advantage of our knowledge and experience in this sector.
