The majority of the filaments are sent from the manufacturer warehouse to the customer, what is known as drop shipping. Generally, the delivery period is stipulated by the transportation agency. The order goes directly from our management system to the logistics of the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer does not have at the time of submission any of the items ordered, we will contact the customer to offer alternatives (colours, types) or arrange delivery when you receive the product.
It is possible the shipping may be carried out in separate expeditions when you combine different products or manufacturers, without price increase in the shipping cost.
In the case of products that we manufacture, as our 3D printers, the delivery time will depend on whether there is in stock for immediate shipment, or we have raw material to assemble the machines, in which case the average delivery time will be within one and two weeks. We will confirm it by email to the customer.
In the case that we do not have raw materials to assemble, due to unforeseen circumstances, the term can be several weeks. In this case, we will contact the customer to indicate the estimated time to restock the product, or to make the refund and the cancellation.

3D LimitLess will not accept the order until the total amount has been paid.
After confirming the purchase, you will receive an e-mail to the email address that you have entered as acknowledgment of receipt. This does not mean that the order has been accepted, being subject to a subsequent verification and acceptance.
Once verified the order, you'll receive the confirmation of acceptance via e-mail. You will be also informed if the order is being processed or sent, as well as about tracking. Only at that time the contract will be formalized, and only for the articles included in the shipment confirmation.

PayPal: Purchase without the need to enter your card or bank details with your PayPal account. Charges may be applied for using this form of payment, or a maximum amount may be set for this form of payment, which shall be specified in the order, according to current legislation.
The payment processing time with PayPal and virtual POS are instantaneous, although it can be delayed for a few minutes until the verification of the entity or their intermediaries such as Redsys.
The delivery will be made to the address provided (except for post office box), making the delivery of the orders through a logistic operator within normal working hours and in the address indicated in the order.

If any of the items purchased is a 3D printer or similar equipment, transport is carried out exclusively by SEUR logistics services, which counts on an all- risk insurance for Spain or Europe.
For domestic orders, we could use other logistic company. The shipping will be uninsured. International shipments are made exclusively by Seur.
This selection is available in the shopping cart, before confirming the total amount to be paid.
All our shipments, both with Seur and other companies, have tracking numbers and collection numbers. Logistic operators have online traceability methods throughout the process to ensure the quality of transport and delivery to the recipient.
In the case of not being at home at the time of delivery, the transportation agency will leave a notice to arrange a new delivery. If delivery is not possible in time and in accordance with the attempts established by the logistics, the order will be returned to 3D LimitLess, being the customer responsible for the costs of storage and logistics.
Approximately, the delivery time is usually within 1 and 7 working days from the order according to the Spanish time (GMT+1). This period may increase in sales periods, such Christmas, or in the case of customs or other circumstances arising from the geographical distance, weather conditions, war, strikes, any form of government intervention, breaches of our suppliers, etc. as well as any other attributable to the logistics operator in charge of the delivery of the product. 3D LimitLess is not responsible for the possible delays that may arise for any of the reasons mentioned above or other similar.
The shipping costs could be free or assumed by the customer, at the discretion of 3D LimitLess, specifying the shipping cost at the time of purchase.
We always pack our orders as best as possible, protecting them in boxes with foam, paper or air fillers. However, there may be circumstances during shipping through logistics companies beyond our control. In the event that the shipment shows obvious signs of external damage to the packaging, these should be indicated at the time of delivery in the delivery note of the logistics company, and if possible, please take pictures of the exterior condition or the manifested damage.
Any incident related to the transport shall be communicated urgently to 3D LimitLess, within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of delivery. This will expedite the process to resolve the incident with the transport company and refit the order as soon as possible.
Once the order is delivered, the goods will become part of your property, being your responsibility for all damages arising from this moment on.
In accordance with the current legislation, the deadline to withdraw from your purchase or from a part of it is 14 calendar days, from the date of the order delivery. There can be exceptions, for example, in the case of a purchase of parts, custom made orders, specific projects or supplies that have been unsealed.
It is imperative that the products are returned in their original packaging and with all components (manuals, accessories or promotional gifts if any) along with the invoice.
You can only return the goods in the original packaging they were delivered by the logistics operator.
In case that the return is carried out in other conditions, we will deduct costs caused by the replacement of the product to its original state, so that it can be suitable for the resale (packaging, plastics, protections), while reserving the right not to admit the return if there is damage or signs of use.
To qualify for a refund of an order or product, you must contact customer support at e-mail: email@example.com. We do not accept returns which have not been previously authorized.
In the unlikely case you received a wrong order, contact our customer service team via the contact form that you can find in the Contact section/Support and we will contact you as soon as possible.
When requesting a refund of your order, and once approved, we will send a courier to collect your product.
You should make sure that the item to be returned is properly protected and sealed, so that it will not suffer any damage during transport. The carrier may refuse the collection of the product if the transport packaging is insufficient to ensure proper delivery.
Once received the goods at our facilities, returned items will be physically checked by our counterparts with the authorised return note. We will verify that they have been received in perfect conditions of use, complete, in their original packaging and without evidence of having been used.

All the articles offered on our website are protected by the Spanish General Law for the Consumers and Users Protection RDL 1/2007, and have a warranty period of 2 years from the date of the invoice. In the case of a legal person (companies, associations, professionals, communities, etc.) the warranty will have 1 year duration. You can lose the guarantee in case that the product has been modified, altered or replaced in any of its elements. Also, you will be able to miss the warranty if you handle or repair the product or its ID number without the knowledge or consent of the 3D LimitLess Technical Department, or if the product has been damaged, beaten or it's unusable.
